Create Vector Tiles

FileTiler converts a shapefile to vector tiles in minutes with no code.

You can use this tool to create map tiles of your files that are easy to access and navigate.

To get started with the FileTiler, click the "New Tile Source" button. After naming your tile source, you can begin to upload the shapefile. The required files are .shp, .shx, .dbf, and .prj. You can change the minimum and maximum zoom bounds after you've uploaded your files. It is important to note that you cannot change the zoom bounds of a tile source once it has been created. So be sure to choose your zoom level carefully. Finally, you can change the default viewport (latitude, longitude) and zoom size for your tile.

Try it out and see how easy it is to visualise your data in minutes!
